Founded in 1991 by Mr. Alan McCall, ITSA Copier consumables, formerly Cumbria Office Supplies was started with a vision focused on service and quality with personalized and dedicated service to every client. In early 2006, Kimberly and Cameron Budge purchased the company from Alan as he went into retirement with the goal of growing the business while keeping its core values as the highest priority.

Over the years ITSA has grown substantially, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to our loyal and valued client base. ITSA understands that a high-quality toner is one of the key foundations to success in the industry and exceptional service is of utmost importance.

ITSA is an official distributor of Integral compatible toner in Southern Africa including Sub-Saharan Africa territories focused on building lasting business relationships with each of our clients.
