Do your toner cartridges have chips?
- Yes, each toner has the machine-specific chip which ensures the machine has full functionality.
Does your toner mix well with other toners?
- Our toner is formulated and tested to work with OEM toner.
- We cannot guarantee our toner if it is used in conjunction with another generic as the chemical ingredients and additives may not be compatible.
How do I avoid mixing issues when switching over from another compatible to Integral?
- You will need to vacuum out your developer unit and blow out your machine to get rid of the toner that you have been using. You can then use Integral toner.
Do you courier orders?
- We can quote on courier charges nationwide
- Orders over R7000 exc VAT will be shipped at no cost to the client.
What is your courier lead time?
- Courier lead times vary based on area. We will dispatch your order the same day your payment reflects in our account and courier can take between 2-4 days.
